During Covid-19 pandemic, below are the changes and procedures that guests can expect during your stay:

 

Guest Arrival & Accommodation:
1. All guests are advised to wear medical mask indoor, hands disinfected with 75% alcohol at the entrance.
2. All guests are required to check in with real name and contact number.
3. Please keep social distancing apart from other guests.
4. Hotel guest only.

Food and Beverage:
1. All guests are advised to wear medical mask indoor, hands disinfected with 75% alcohol at the entrance.
2. Please keep social distancing apart from other guests.
3. Please wear gloves and refrain from talking when picking up foods. Wearing mask is at guest's discretion.

Boutique:
1. All guests are advised to wear medical mask indoor, hands disinfected with 75% alcohol at the entrance.

SPA Facility:
1. All guests are advised to wear medical mask indoor, hands disinfected with 75% alcohol at the entrance.
2. Sauna facilities are available at an additional cost (NT$ 600 per person/time), please dial 5 for details.

Swimming Pool:
1. The maximum capacity is 24 guests.
2. Please enter the Swimming Pool by sequence of arrival and follow the instructions.
3. Please bring your own swimsuit, cap, and aids. They are also available for purchase at Boutique Shop.
